That's not too unrealistic, actually. Hillary has said she wants to impose a no-fly zone over Syria that would include Russian planes. If they respond by blowing up our anti-aircraft stations on the ground, we could wind up in a direct military conflict with Russia. Hillary has supported the expansion of NATO into arenas of traditional Russian hegemony, which is another potential hotpoint. She's shown a pretty amazing lack of regard for potential consequences and escalation, and like us, the Russians haven't taken the bomb off the table. Even Saint Obama refused to take a first strike off the table when pressed on the issue.
So, hopefully it won't happen, but with Hillary the warhawk directing traffic, the potential for a nuclear confrontation certainly is much higher.
