Pure insanity

What's unique about it is the fact that it was done by girls. We as a species and a genus of ape are predisposed to male pack aggression. Female coalition aggressive behavior is unheard of in the primate kingdom.

Packs of male chimps will coalesce and go off to fight other packs of chimps. But women do not do this. Only humans do. Very interesting and perhaps a product of society rather than genes.

I do agree with teaching them how to deal with negative emotions. They should be part of PE. Nothing like negative feelings being worked out on a punching bag with a few philosophical ideas added to the mix.

Proper sexual technique should be taught in physical ed too. Our schools need to churn out more sexually competent women.

Lack of parential discipline or school disicipline. Heck I used to get my butt paddled and then again for it then my parents found out.

Good point , It would ber interesting to see how differntly that would have been seen.

Because they are little pretty white girls (two of the offenders were male though) you hear its OUR society. If they were black I bet you would have heard things like black culture is violent. Funny that one huh?

CNN, Faux News, and others would be running "special assignment" reports on violence in black schools and how out-of-control THEIR children are, not our children.

Imagine if the Columbine horror had been at like .. Booker T. Washington High School in Anytown, America. Imagine if ANY of the school shooting mass-murders had happened at Spelman or Morehouse.

It would be inconceivable to believe that black culture would not be center stage if any of this had occured.

I admit I went to a couple of rough schools and the schoolyard biffage was probably a bit higher than in the posh schools but you know I don't remember any race-based fights, it was usually just because someone annoyed someone else.
 
I think the human species has reached a critical mass and is starting go go backwards.
But hopefully it is a sawtooth upward thing instead.
