LOL. What is it Trump could have done with food rotting in parking lots as is? The US Navy was there pretty quick. Had a relative who was pulled off their normal duty for that deployment. Said there was pretty much nothing they could really do more than they were doing. This has always been a political cheap shot from the opposition. FEMA is tasked and equipped for support of state and local governments in responding to disasters. It is not their job to provide primary recovery. Never has been. It isn't like we have a base somewhere with 50,000 FEMA employees sitting around waiting for a bad hurricane to hit once every few year. Hell, companies like Verizon and Comcast do a better job than anybody else staging for these things and getting in ASAP after weather to get their part of the infrastructure back up and running.

Why was Obama’s administration able to be ready and have boots on the ground and Trumps administration has been disasterous? Bush was a flop initially, but then public pressure brought better response. I guess you didn’t read the article, once again. Trump doesn’t care about Puerto Rico and his response has reflected it.

Children that need to go to school ... they need to be evacuated to somewhere else. There won't be ANY school in a Disaster Zone.
Old People that need assistance. There won't be ANY Elderly Care in a Disaster Zone, they need to be evacuated to 'civilization'.
Housewives that like to watch Soap Operas. There won't be ANY TV in a Disaster Zone, they need to be removed ... to somewhere.
People that like to suck their thumb and 'watch'. There won't be ANY 'Watching' going on. It's going to be a beehive of activity, NOT standing around sucking a thumb and getting in everybody's way.

The majority of the Island should have been moved to the Mainland to "Get the fuck out of the way" and continue Life in the 21st century. Others that can function in a '14th century' environment and can contribute to the Clean-Up and Rebuilding effort would stay.

Well I know you didn't read the article as it says zero about Obama having "boots on the ground" anywhere anytime. It does talk about there having been a huge backlog of dead bodies in the morgue before the storm ever hit. Did Trump kill the already dead too?

I used my phone a lot complaining about stuff.
I went to Home Depot and stood in line buying a screwdriver, it was crowded.
I like driving around the streets, these out-of-state workers that needed to get somewhere seemed angry at me?
