1. A Republican president was in the White House when the Soviet Union collapsed. Reagan did that by OUTSPENDING the Soviets.

For native speakers of the English language, we are able to discriminate between denotation and connotation. Those are real things in the English language.

I do not literally have to see someone use the word "n*gger" or hear them speak directly and explicitly about white supremacy to be able to judge if they are racists.
