It's like when Col Landa interrogated the man in English instead of French. Made the scene much easier to follow.
 
The left warned you Gestapo rightys that self-abortion was one of the things the terrible laws would create. When abortion was illegal in the past, desperate girls and women self aborted or got back-alley abortions with often disastrous results. Girls with money went on vacation and came back from liberal countries with their problems solved. You should be pleased.

When the woman told the hospital what happened, they called the police. Now doctors are cops.
