Prosecutors seek to recharge Alec Baldwin after 'additional facts' emerge

My position has not changed...Baldwin did nothing wrong during the shooting, but the gross negligence of gun safety on the set was to a large degree his fault....this movie was his baby, he was a producer, he was well aware that safety on set was not being taken seriously, and he did nothing.

The first person I would charge if anyone is to be charged should be the AD, who was supposed to be the #1 safety officer on set, who handed Baldwin the gun proclaiming it safe.

Show us some evidence for that. I gave you the vid of Joe the Pedophile Vegetable molesting little girls.
Right here:

Oh, he used the Lolita Express

Previous disclosures of portions of Epstein’s flight log have shown world leaders, billionaires and celebrities among the many passengers who have flown on Epstein’s private jets.

The new log released as evidence in Maxwell’s case stretches back earlier than previous releases.

Glad to hear this but they don't need "additional facts." It was obvious right after the shooting baldwin was guilty of at least manslaughter. Good chance it was murder. Remember - the victim was NOT an actress in the movie. Baldy had no reason to point a gun at her.

I have some heartburn with this. Have we discarded the principle of double jeopardy? Yes, I know he's guilty, but the prosecution failed to make a case. They don't get to just keep trying until it sticks.

I support the rule of law.

Um... She was the camera operator and in a western there are times when guns are pointed at the camera... so... yeah, her not being an actress doesn't make it first degree murder. Seems appropriate that he be charged with involuntary manslaughter, though.

Yeah it was involuntary manslaughter. IMHO

Agreed on all points. A major addition here is that, in addition to being an actor, Baldwin was the producer. As such he was responsible for hiring people and, therefore, the ultimate authority of safety on the set. There were already reports that safety was slack and, IIRC, a few people had quit out of safety concerns. As such, I think he deserves a negligent manslaughter charge.

Well since we've taken this road... Maybe he was trying to compete with Bill Clinton's 26 times. (And now we know there are some lists we hadn't seen when that count was taken.)

They are all pedos and should be treated accordingly.

Just because Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew were pedos doesn't mean it's okay for Donald Trump or anyone else to be one.

I'm not necessarily sure that just flying there makes one a pedophile either, but I hear you, I am not defending any of them. The current CIA director was known to meet with Epstein rather more than we should be comfortable with too...

Not a lawyer, but I consider anyone who participates in a known criminal activity to be part of the problem. Epstein's sex parties were well known. It's not like they only went there for the tan.

If someone frequently hung out with meth addicts, while they might not necessarily be meth addicts themselves, the odds favor that they do partake in using the drug.

I didn't know that but looked it up. It appears he only met him a few times and, like the others in the link, only in the US, mostly for business or donation reasons. If he flew to Pedo Island, I'd put him in the same category as the other pedos.

Epstein had meetings scheduled with now-director of the Central Intelligence Agency William Burns, President Barack Obama’s White House counsel Kathryn Ruemmler, Bard College president Leon Botstein, and Professor Noam Chomsky, according to the Wall Street Journal. The Journal could not confirm that all the scheduled meetings took place.

None of the names the new documents have revealed appear in Epstein’s now-public “black book” of contacts or in the flight logs of passengers who traveled on his private jet....

...Burns first met with Epstein in Washington, D.C., in 2014 when he was deputy secretary of state. The now-CIA director also traveled to Epstein’s townhouse in New York. Despite these meetings, a CIA spokeswoman asserted that the pair had no relationship. “The director did not know anything about him, other than that he was introduced as an expert in the financial services sector and offered general advice on transition to the private sector,” she explained to the Journal, referencing Burns’s departure from his role at State.

So why did he hit her instead of the camera? THINK, you miserable degenerate.

you have an idiot's understanding of crime policy.

Yet you follow me around like a puppy dog. Why is that, Fredo? Didn't your mommy hug you enough as a child? Was she a meth head and I touched a nerve with my comment about meth addicts?
