The legal voting age shall be raised to 25 years of age.
This proposal is based on the fact that the higher cognitive functions; those involved involvled in such sophisticated, human mental processes as: REASONING/LOGICAL THINKING; ANALYSIS; JUDGEMENT; WORKING MEMORY; PROBLEM-SOLVING and SELF-CONTROL (icluding EMOTIONAL CONTROL and BEHAVIOURAL INHIBITION, are all mediated through one region of the brain that is called the pre-frontal cortex (PFC). The PFC does not mature until around the age 25 This is an incontrovertible, validated objective scientific fact tha has been universally acknowledged for many years to date by all mainstream, Western: psychiatrists,, neuropsychologists and neuroligistsIn an 18 year old, the PFC has not fully matured and hence he/she cannot bring the same degree of rational/logical analysis, competent problem-solving skills and prudent judgement to bear on the many complex issues that they will need to carefully think over in deciding how they will vote at official, local, state and federal /Presidential elections.

The right to vote in an official American election shall be conditional on the possession of COMPETENT COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING and an IQ SCORE of 100 points at least. Government-approved, Documentary evidence of this would need to be presented and checked by polling officials before any voter was at liberty to submit his/her ballot.

In order to qualiy for the right to vote, all members of the US electoroate would be legally required to take aCOGNITIVE FUNCTIONING TEST These tests could be taken at designated Government testing centre, and only certified, government-registered, professionals: such as clinical psychologists; psychiatrists, neuropsychologists and neurologists, would be permitted to supervise the test process and evaluate each individual's grade. These tests are designed to identify any deficits in cognitive functioning, that impair an individuals ability to think clearly (rationally) and reasonably. There are a variety of Cognitive Function tests on the market for use by psychologists, psychiatrists and GPs. They are very quick and easy to administer, have been used and developed over more than 50 years to date. Many are now regarded extremely reliable in terms of detecting any deficits (or lack of deficits) in an individual's cognitive function. Donald Trump, you may remember took a standard Cognitive Functioning Test while he was in office as President He completed it in a little over 20 minutes and scored an almost perfect grade. He had no qualms in making his test result available for the MSM via the doctors who administered it.
The current, average IQ score for White Americans of North-Western European descent is 100 points.This is a well-established fact. A liberal, Democratic, political system such as the Founders installed for the American Republic, will ultimately collapse if the average IQ of the electorate falls to 90 points or below. This figure was "calculated" and to a certain extent, popularised, by a group of highly - respected English and American psychiatrists in the late 1890s through to the 1920's and 1930's; (psychiatrists were called "alienists") who were specialists in psychometrics and, in particular, mental retardation, that is ,in the field of measuring and assessing intelligence and cognitive functioning and categorising sub-normal levels of cognitive ability. They were extremely concerned about the possibility that a group of mentally deficient individuals they called the "feeble-minded" or, in America, "morons" (who possessed a level of IQ around 80-85 points) would, if not prevented, inevitably multiply and ultimately cause a genetically-transimtted degeneration of cognitive functioning/intelligence the White race in America and England, such that neither country would be capable of operating as a political democracy (remember, when the average IQ of a country falls below 90 points democracy fails.) In my opinion , the average IQ of, say, America, fell to 80 points or below, the entire nation would unravel and cease to exist.

(*) Given this, the law shall be changed to require all those wishing to vote in official elections in the United States to have documentary evidence from a government- approved psychometric testing centre confirming their current IQ score to be at least 100 points, calculated using a reliable, standardised, validated test instrument. By law, all IQ tests would be administered and supervised only by US registered psychologists or psychiatrists. As well, in order to be eligible to vote in an official US election, documentary evidence of COMPETENT Cognitive functioning and IQ score of at least 100 pointswould need to be presented and confirmed by a an election official before any US individual could be given leave to cast their ballot at an election.

Each sitting member of the SENATE, the HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES and the Supreme Court shall have both their COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING and INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT (IQ) measure by properly qualified independent medical psychometrists once each year. These persons will be experienced, registered: clinical psychologists; neuropsychologists; psychiatrists, specialist psychometrician. These persons will have no history of political engagement with any US political party/organisation nor history of donating significant sums of money to American political parties/candidates, nor any history of partisan, political activism Each subject will will have his/her COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING and INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT tested THREE times by THREE independent assessors. That is, both the Cognitive Functioning test AND the IQ test will be taken and graded three separate times under the supervision of THREE different psychologists or psychiatrists, etc; in order to ensure that there is consistency in the test results.
