What was ignorant about it? It's a fact that, historically, whites have contributed mightily to civilization. The poster was just pointing out the logical consequence of taking a racialist view of history.

If whites get a minus for slavery [in the US, anyway. It was nearly pandemic 200 years ago] they get a plus for science, road building etc etc.
