Allegations of election fraud against two Georgia election workers who became the subjects of a Trump-backed conspiracy theory in the aftermath of the 2020 election were found to be "false and unsubstantiated," according to an investigative report released Tuesday by the Georgia Elections Board.

Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Wandrea "Shaye" Moss, both former election workers from Fulton County, faced threats of violence from conspiracy theorists after their election-night conduct on a polling place livestream proliferated online among right-wing election deniers who believed Donald Trump won the 2020 election.

It cant be both false and unsubstantiated....this is gibberish.

Hawkeye, the Cook Lawyer. :rofl2:

Let's hope some MAGAt terrorists go to prison over this.

From the link:
"As part of their probe, Georgia Elections Board investigators interviewed a social media user who "admitted he created a fake account and confirmed the content that was posted on the account was fake," the new report said.

"We are glad the State Election Board finally put this issue to rest," Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said in a statement following the release of the report."

of course multiple allegations can be found to fit into either 'false' or 'unsubstantiated'.

Based on the nature and type of each allegation some could be proven false. For instance if i said you brought in a box of fraudulent ballots, evidence could be shown that was false.
If I said you and friend had schemed to cheat, in the allegation, that is not the type of thing anyone can prove false, but it can be proven to be an unsubstantiated claim.

Now give the women their money. The millions of dollars they will win for their lawsuits!

Who is supposed to pay? Who will they sue?

They already have multiple suits going and one (OAN) has already settled with them and paid out. Rudy Giuliani and Gateway Pundit are still awaiting their day court.

I researched and see they have already settled with OAN, Fox, and Rudy are coming up. I wonder if they will sue Trump?

No one can ever tell me Trump is a "good person" for how he singled these good American citizens out w/ completely fabricated allegations, and changed their lives in ways most of us can't imagine.

It's pretty much evil. And that goes for all of the amoral lunatics on the right who went crazy over this. These are just people who wanted to serve their country.
