He shines, alright. That's not qualification but the greasy skin so common to his kind. He may not "shine" as much as others. The white trash that was his mother slowed down the process some.
No such thing as white privilege. That's an excuse by those that want something to blame their ineptness. When fake blame can be placed on those that are your betters, it makes you feel better about yourself. It doesn't change the facts just the feelings.
