72% want limitations placed on abortion. the Dems over played their hand when they want zero limitations placed on abortion. As it is THE PEOPLE will get to decide what limitations their states places on abortion. A few states will totally ban abortion and the others won't but how ever it turns out the people will get to choose what they want. That is how it should be. .

You're downplaying it. Probably half the states will have an outright ban or severe limitations. People's rights over their bodies are inherent - they shouldn't be up to voters, depending on what state you live in.
I get why you're trying to downplay this. A hard turn right by the court won't help conservatives in elections.
The decision is based on the Constitution...enumerated powers belong to the feds, un-enumerated powers belong to the states.
It is not a hard right to decide an issue based on the Constitution.

You didn't complain when it was far left of voters. The SCOTUS should have never invented a right to abortion back in the 70s. It took 50 years to correct that. RBG knew the constitution did not guarantee the right to abortion and that is why she said it needed to be codified.
