Private server v. Public restaurant...?

Well we are certainly not going to believe what you want.

Like Bush II reading to some kids at a school and not getting hysterical when told what was happening with the World Trade Center. It is painfully obvious (painful enough that I can't stand to watch CNN...they're worse than MSNBC right now) that everything Trump and team does will be scrutinized to the nth degree. Here is the difference between he and Obama and the scrutinization they have received and are receiving...pay attention now:

While Obama received his share of scrutiny from the right there was only one major network dwelling on it to the point you got tired of hearing/seeing it. I quit watching Fox long ago because of it. With the scrutiny of Trump there are 3.5 (;))major networks talking about it non stop.

They can't believe their guy lost and they're screaming from the rooftops about their dissatisfaction.

Edit: I forgot to pose this question. I wonder who knows what was discussed when the NS guys surrounded Trumps table?

Squabble about it all you like.
What I've read about it indicates there is NO PLACE in that environment suited to introducing classified information.

The reports I've seen of it indicate, if classified information was divulged, that by itself, in that location, was a violation.

IF IF IF.....you either KNOW what was discussed or you don't.....and you don't. People either heard what was discussed or they didn't....

What is this 'violation' you mention....a violation of what ?

this entire topic and ridiculous far fetched assumptions is utter nonsense

I don't think there is any doubt about this:

The level of hypocrisy we're going to see over the next 4 years is going to be an epic thing. It will be colossal. It will completely redefine hypocrisy as we know it.

And not a single JPP Rightie will EVER acknowledge the aforementioned hypocrisy.

laughing out loud......

the level of hypocrisy and Trump derangement from the pinhead left is what is colossal....I point it out several times a day, every time I log on....

denial of unfounded and unproven accusations is not hypocrisy by any stretch of the definition....

Nah.

There is more hypocrisy on the right.

Nah.

There is more hypocrisy on the right.

Insistently, what is the supposed hypocrisy in this thread....

Jarod says....
Private server v. Public restaurant...?
1,,,So HRC stored emails about her daughters wedding on a private server, and they chanted Lock Her Up!

2,,,Donald Trump conducts emergency foreign policy at a public table in a restaurant...

1 is proven undeniable fact

2 is unproven conjecture, that even if true is,a " so what... " moment.

you call that some sort of hypocrisy ? some imagined equivalency ?...

And "worse than Watergate" wasn't conjecture? Remember - that was after Comey's letter 11 days before the election. And it turned out that nothing came of that.

Yeah, no doubt. You guys are much more hypocritical. It's like a religion w/ you.

So you can't answer....understandable....

understandable because you're a hypocrite....

What is this 'violation' you mention....a violation of what ?" N #22

The premise of the thread, and the prominence of this topic in mainstream news is that it was.

Do you really think: "they ate dinner" would be making headlines?!

United States federal security protocols, which bear even on U.S. presidents. FYI no one in the U.S. is above the law.

"I am not a crook." President Richard M. Nixon, shortly before he resigned his office in disgrace

"are we SERIOUSLY discussing classified protocol after Clinton's private server shenanigans??" #35

Of course!

You prefer a DOUBLE-standard? Criticize Democrats, but ignore any wrong done by any Republican?

"Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt, that the Iraq regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised."
U.S. President Bush (the younger) televised address to the U.S. March 17th, 2003

Wonder how many of those restaurant employees had their security clearance. I know it took quite a while to get mine. Even with a clearance, we are not to tell another person with a clearance any information unless they have a 'Need-to-know'. But ya know.. same argument I had with Hillary's emails, if there was sensitive information being discussed, they need to be thrown in jail, because I know I would be.

And how many of the guests?

This is starting to get Hercule Poirot-ish.

I respect that reference.

A larger concern to me is Trump's continued use of a civilian (and slightly outdated) Android phone. He has the one that he's supposed to be using but he still has the old one. Those can be hacked just as easily as a private email server and used in much more creative ways.
