President Trump will sign an Executive Order mandating prosecution for those who desecrate or burn the American Flag

If I buy a flag, why do you have the right to tell me what to do with it? There are 150 million sold every year. Should we have the army check up on every single one of them? Nobody fights for the flag. They fight for their homeland and their families.
 
SCOTUS has already said that burning a US Flag is a 1st Amendment protected right. All this EO does is provide a limited protection against government agents that would arrest a citizen for committing such an act.........at least for a while.
