President Trump to visit East Palestine after toxic train derailment

Wow, you are really lying to yourself.

Yesterday they refused to send them assistance. Trump responds, Brandon now tries to explain himself (well he has administration officials on the phone that they refuse to identify.

Read that story before you say something stupid like DeWine didn't talk to the White House, because the story tells you he has...

The reality: This pResident and his inept Transportation Secretary have not even done close to enough to help these people. The EPA shows up, samples some air, declares everything good and tried to get away before folks discovered the water...

I don't "hate" Brandon, I've never hated anyone in my life. I just think Brandon is inept, and the folks he appoints are often incapable as well as inept. I didn't vote for him, so I have no issue telling you what I believe. I know you did, so you will never admit that you made a mistake... I'm good with that. But this has been one of the most inept Administrations I have ever seen. Starting from Afghanistan Surrender (that was not a controlled withdrawal, it was a travesty) to pretending that inflation wasn't happening at all, from the beginning until now, including his actions before Russia invaded Ukraine... Everything I have seen from him is the very model of modern ineptitude.

Te Regime recklessly endangered the population, no doubt in part because the county is 70% MAGA.

It has been a policy even under Trump administration.

That's a lie. They are receiving assistance.

LOL.

The withdrawal was Trump's plan.

I remember when trump blamed Puerto Ricans for their hurricane damage, and conservatives ate it up.

It will still make every move by the current pResident seem to be an inadequate and late response.

So we are actually talking about games here? Who is first huh?

Perhaps Trump should challenge Biden to a farting contest- to see which one can fart the fastest!

The attempt to lay blame at Trump's feet is a weakness in this Administration and shows a total lack of accountability and the urge clearly indicates they fully comprehend that they are inept and have failed. The buck never stops at a desk in the Brandon Administration, and as I said, you voted for him so you won't say what you believe, you will only defend your fallacy.

Former President Trump will travel to East Palestine, Ohio next week to visit the area and members of the community as they grapple with the aftermath of the train derailment that led to a large release of toxic chemicals, Fox News has learned.

A source familiar with the former president’s plans told Fox News that Trump plans to travel to East Palestine on Wednesday to meet with members of the community.

Former president Trump, he is not the president?!! Or just call him Trump!

PR not only does things poorly but also very expensive, and then they demand that the federal government pay most of the bills.

This is not OK.

PR is deeply corrupt and does almost everything poorly, which is part of the reason they have so much trouble when the inevitable hurricanes show up....the criticism from Trump was justified.

They requested aid because of a natural disaster and didn't get it for ages. How is that PR's fault?

I doubt trump understands the relationship between PR and the US, just like he didn't understand that he was president of the Virgin Islands.

The damage is often a result of shoddy construction and basic not giving a shit, and we have sent gobs of money to the PR's over the years and they assume that we will continue to do so so they continue with their not giving a fuck about doing things right.

One could say the same about New Orleans. The city's below sea level but building continues and we continue sending aid every time a hurricane wipes out part of it.

To deny that Puerto Rico is deeply corrupt and badly run is to deny reality.

The FBI and the Justice Department have been on a tear arresting elected officials in Puerto Rico. In the last six months, they've charged 6 of the island's 78 mayors for public corruption, and more are believed to be under investigation. It's a ballooning scandal that our next guest says is endangering the public trust in a government that's been steadily losing the confidence of many of its citizens.

In other words you know that I am right and so you run away fast.

Why do Progressives always want to deny the undeniable? This is from 2019 and it's got even worse since then.

Puerto Rico’s Ouster of Its Governor Isn’t Just About One Administration’s Corruption

In the days and weeks after the eruption of protests in Puerto Rico demanding the ouster of the island’s now former governor, Ricardo Rosselló, a majority of the news coverage focused on the scandal and corruption that encased him — 889 pages of rude, sexist, and homophobic text messages from a running chat of his inner circle were leaked to the press. “Don’t we have some cadavers to feed our crows?” Puerto Rico’s chief financial officer wrote in the chat, referring to dead bodies in the wake of Hurricane Maria. Two days before the text messages were leaked, two high-ranking officials came under investigation for corruption by the FBI.
