Why would it be Dems fault? Mexico is paying for the wall. Trump said so, so there is no reason to put 5 bill in the Cr.

Many Americans wire transfer money to Mexico- Thats only penalizing Americans

Mexican Americans last time I looked are just as American as you are. In addition, many of us caucasian Americans also wire money to Mexico. I did so for over 10 years. Hundreds of thousands of others do so as well, as do American companies.
Your ideas aren't very well thought out.
