No he is spending money like a Repub. Check the graphs that show Reds crank up the debt and spend lavishly. What they do is claim they are fiscally conservative. That is all they do, repeat that over and over.It in fact, they are the opposite.

It's porkulus for the dumb blue states for sure -but she's holding up the Corona relief to do it
