It is a tragedy that the government can make MUCH less likely to happen, if it choses to do so.

I do not mind a tragedy being used to prevent new tragedies.

Bulletproof glass is designed to actually stop bullets. When someone installs bulletproof (ballistic) glass it has nothing to do with hurricane glass.

It's pretty obvious that prayer doesn't prevent mass shootings since with they still occur even after all those "thoughts and prayers."
