Immigrants cannot vote. You have to be a citizen and registered to vote. I find it difficult to think people believe immigrants would risk everything to vote in an election in another country. If you went to Mexico, could you vote? Would you have a clue on the issues and the candidates? Yet Mexicans are marching through hell to vote for a Dem. Repubs are so damn stupid.

:rolleyes: It doesn't have to be any convoluted "conspiracy" (although that's what the Democrat Party in and of itself is). All it needs to be is Democrats purposely allowing something to happen that they can take advantage of in order to fraudulently gain the power that they desire.

That, but it mostly pads population numbers so that blue cities and states are apportioned more congressional representatives and Electoral College votes.

Excluding illegal aliens will remove between 3 to 5 EC votes and congress vermin from California. This is a massive blow to the Communists. democrats are sinking into the minority already.
