Some developers kicked some drunk homeless natives off “their land” and took it from them 80 years ago?
And now you expect me to donate my house to some corrupt, dysfunctional, mismanaged native corporation that they’ll no doubt sell it off to the highest bidder?

This is a typical scenario.
Native comes in with a toothache and wants his tooth yanked out.

Alternative treatment is discussed and pt decides he wants the tooth out.
Consent is signed by patient, doc and witness.
Tooth comes out , no complication.
Native later says the wrong tooth was pulled because he still has a toothache. And by the way he’s allergic to every drug ever manufactured except… Percocet.
Well he still has half a dozen other rotten teeth in his head, of course he has several toothaches.
He complains to some native administrator or HR mongoloid who might have a GED , and the adminstrator will always side with the other native. And it’s a big shit show for a while over nothing.

There’s always some troublemaker that wants to stir the pot and try and get some booze money out of what should be a very simple routine visit.

My bad experience was when I had a 3 year old under conscious sedation and the father, who I graciously allowed in the treatment area with me, threatened to kill me when started to I administer the local anesthetic injection.
I terminated the procedure, kicked him out and of course he complained.
I basically told the Director she could fire me, I didn’t care. She didn’t.
Well that was a long time ago.
That’s why it’s imperative to have a private practice where the doc is the owner, CEO, HR person and king.
I’d just hand problem patients their records, kick them out and send them a dismissal from the practice letter. And they could sue me if they wanted or complain to the State Board.
 
Why is it that so many people seem to struggle with the FACT that all over the world regardless of race or location that every single group of people has either been attacked and had their land taken or has been the attacker that took the land ? Yet for some reason ONLY the euro's were wrong for doing so. Honestly,....it can ONLY be one answer.........plain old jealousy. That's all it is,....green with envy,...nothing more. Its the only thing that makes sense. I still have a hard time accepting that there are this many totally dishonest people out there though. Its actually astounding to me,....its like they live in this false reality of make believe.
