trump planned to declare victory in 2020 months before the election occurred. Normal candidates would hope to declare victory, not secretly conspire to cast doubt months beforehand.

Context is everything and no "rule" was ever formalized. It was a hypothetical as there were no vacancies at that time.

"In 1992, Biden led the Senate Judiciary Committee as chairman. He made a long speech calling to delay any hypothetical nominations until after the election. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell cited what he called the "Biden rule" frequently as he blocked President Barack Obama’s Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland for most of 2016."

It was the odious Mitch McConnell who tried to pass off that floor speech comment as an authorized power. McConnell is such a two-faced sleazebag. If you're going back 30 years to cherry pick a Biden quote, go back further to McConnell's 45-year-old law review article in which he suggested that it is “perfectly legitimate” for a president to exercise his constitutional right to make a nomination.

I knew a year before the election that the Nazi democrats were going steal it. The mail in ballots made it painfully obvious that the election would be rigged - which it was.

Unverified and unregulated mail in voting gave democrat the opportunity to use the 22 million invalid registrations that you fought so hard to keep on the registration rolls. The dead voted by the MILLIONS.

Ditto on your bullshit. Each time trump ran for election he floated the idea that if he lost, it was because the election process was corrupt. He did it in 2016 and in 2020 and all his comments are in print and on video. Mail-in ballots weren't an issue in 2016 but that didn't stop trump from repeating his conspiracy theory over and over again.

You will have to prove that "the dead voted by the millions" because over 50 lawsuits claiming this and other lies were dismissed by judges around the country. trump should be penalized for all these frivolous lawsuits because of his contempt for the rule of law.

The problem with "polls" via twitter is that any fool can create numerous accounts and "vote the poll" before being discovered. Also, a platform, like syndicated TV can just note that they carry a message and not necessarily have votes.

And when all is said and done, the MAGA "base" can't win the day for Dump alone if he gets the candidacy....and Dump has DEFINITELY LOST the "undecided" and "independent" and few Democrats that voted for him in 2016.

I don't know the veracity of the claims but those judges pretty much summarily dismissed them without any investigation.
