President Trump golden high-top sneakers sell out within hours of release

The thread title and OP suggests these sneakers selling out reflects strong voter support for Trump.

I think what it really suggests is opportunism on the part of those who bought them in hopes of their value increasing due to scarcity and making a big profit.

I wonder what percentage of the sales were to Never-Trumpers....

After Trumped appeared at SneakerCon earlier on Saturday to make the announcement of the shoes, the crowd went wild for the former president. Trump also took time to autograph sneakers of those in the crowd at the event.

The Never Surrender high-tops sold out at the price of $399 a pair.

Of course they did, and even if they didn’t, Trump would say they did, cause they are most definitely “the best in history,” “tremendous,” like no other, and cultist as yourself would believe him

Those stupid gaudy shoes are not paying his lawyer fees. Not even close. He has his eyes on the Republican National Comm. money. Perhaps he can sell a pair to Saudi Arabians for millions?
 
This great...Joe should come out with some that have low heels and slip resistant soles and a little zip pocket for note cards on the side......Or Flip Flops...Those would sell out immediately...

Of course now they're everywhere, and super affordable...and kids still love them...:) nothing wrong with that... No one bought them for investments...:laugh:
Sneakers are an entirely different ball game...there have been terrible fights and murders over shoes....that goes way back...
