Intelligent, sane and mature adults know that all elections need oversight. All elections that are close are subject to recount; several have automatic limits to begin recounting since they take their elections very seriously.

Gore won in 2000 just like the LA Rams committed pass-interference against the Saints in 2019 and won the game without penalty. I'm good with beefing up our election system. OTOH, I'm against people who lie, spread false rumors and do their best to cheat in winning an election. Notice how many Republicans are standing back from this because they don't want to be tainted by an administration run amok.

Let's all hope the 2021 Congress will work together to fix the loopholes Trump has so successfully exploited.

Yes, Hillary committed crimes and destroyed (attempted to destroy). Yes, Loretta Lynch ordered to give her a pass after the infamous Tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton. There's no doubt in my mind Hillary was corrupt and unethical. Comey is hated by both sides, but he was just doing his job. Lynch called the shots as Attorney General of the United States. No doubt President Obama was involved too.

BTW, it was a private server, not a "private gov't server". The taxpayers didn't pay for it. Do you know why Hillary had a private server and never even set up her government email once she was appointed Secretary of State?

Exactly. Hillary is as crooked as a dog's hind leg but she isn't stupid. She's both a sharp lawyer and was a key person in rewriting disclosure laws after Nixon. She knew where the loopholes were because she helped write the rules.

What she did with her server as legal per se, but it shouldn't have been. Too late for that part now, but not too late to recognize she perjured herself about the content of the recovered 30,000 emails, she intentionally violated classified material protocols and she violated ethics, and probably the law, with her "Foundation".

That said, Trump has had four years to do something about it but hasn't. IMO, that means there isn't enough evidence to obtain a criminal conviction. Even if all they have is evidence of a misdemeanor, I hope they'd go for it. Waste of tax payer money? Probably, but it would set a standard: The United States does not tolerate political corruption.

nope......I am saying you know Florida wasn't cheating.........on the other hand, Detroit seemed to WANT people to charge them with cheating when they covered the windows so people could not see and brought in unmarked boxes at 4 am.........how about Arizona where they said they were stopping for the night, sent the observers home, then counted all night long......should anyone suspect something wrong there?.....
