You're not making sense. The Jan. 6th folk were unconditionally pardoned by Cheeto Jeezus. The President has that legal power, wbich as we see can be unwisely used (like Biden with his son). They were arrested and charged, all given due process with legal representation, were found guilty by trial, sentenced and jailed. What "investigative committee" are you referring to?
