I don't know. I think it's going to be pretty close: a lot of Democrats will get cold feet at the last moment and switch from and expressed support for Lamont to the more conservative vote for Leiberman.

I think turnout will be high enough that Lamont is going to take it by a narrow margin. There. That's my bet.
 
I kinda think Leiberman will pull it out in the end... the power of encumbancy. However, the fact that it is a squeaker sure shows what the Republicans will be facing in November.

If I had to bet, Lamont will squeek by.

But, I could be wrong. Joe-mentum could pull it off at the last minute.
 
I kind fo hope lamont pulls it off. I think it will be a good wake up call for all those who continue to be war apologists to start listening to their party's base - they've ignored us long enough.

Well, you'll get the traditional live shots of either long lines at the polls, if the turnout is heavy, or bored poll workers, if the turnout is light. Meanwhile, early returns will be tabulated long before the polls close: we should get the first results almost bang on 8:00 PM.
