Have the "experts" told you what the ideal global temperature is?

I mean if they are saying it is too hot then shouldn't we have a reference point?

What happens if it gets too cold? Do we ramp up fossil fuel use?

You claim to follow science so please let us know.

I will understand if you can't or refuse to answer

Can you not find the answer on Wiki? Has it let you down?

How will you know if the prescription the scientists recommend is working? How will you know if it goes too far? Aren't these reasonable questions?

Allow me to use an analogy for you.

Let's say a patient experiences ventricular tachycardia; meaning they have a rapid heart rate. And let's say their resting heart rate is 180 beats per minute. There are a number of agents we can give them to reduce this potentially life threatening condition.

However we need to be careful that we don't send them into bradycardia or say a heart rate of less than 40 beats per minute. At that point you have difficulty perfusing various organs and it could be life threatening.

So you Deshtard we can OVERSHOOT. ideally we would like to target a resting heart rate of around 80-86 beats per minute give or take.

So taking it back to the climate. What is the ideal temperature we are shooting for? Shouldn't we know? Isn't it a reasonable question to ask? If not why not?

1) What is the difference between equilibrium climate sensitivity (ECS) and transient climate sensitivity (ECR)

2) Can you name the main IR absorption frequencies for CO2?

3) What is the relationship between CO2 radiative forcing and atmospheric concentration? In other words is it linear, exponential or logarithmic?

Experts on climate change are making one prediction, just to be outdone by experts negating their expert opinions.
The know it alls are standing on a high horse claiming to know more than everyone else, not realizing that, by resorting to insults and name calling, they lost the argument before they have even begun.
It is very easy to tell the difference, and who is worth the time.
