OK, but you're not saying everything.
You said they didn't count votes from certain regions, but you didn't say WHY.
No attention to detail is one of my pet peeves. When it comes to things like this, if the complete context isn't there, it reflects as contempt because then it becomes about what exculpatory information are you leaving OUT of your posts?
It's like saying apples and oranges are the same thing because they're both fruit...while technically that might be true, it's leaving out some pretty significant things, isn't it?
Leaving stuff out is a little bit dishonest, isn't it?
