Defunding is just using some funds to hire mental health experts to deal with people who are having a mental incident. Cities and towns that have tried it find it smothers a lot of violence. The right has been told that, but it interferes with their dishonest narratives.

Most large democrat run cities in America are in rapid decline. The woke infested schoolboards > city councils > state offices. They offer nothing but regressive policies. This has little chance of turning around in the near future. Immigration does not help as these people get elected and instead of trying to become Americans, many of them seek to drag Americans into the country from where they came.
