You don't see white liberals dumping Brown people into white liberal Hollywood neighborhoods. No, they dump them in the poorest areas of the cities, trapping them in the ghettos.
Slave owners wanted more Blacks. They just didn't want them in their homes.and private lives, unless they were servants or gardners.

That's not how it works. Nobody is dumping brown people anywhere. Brown people are being allowed to immigrate into the country and then live where they want.
