Portland Antifa Rioter Gets 5 Years For Setting a Target Store on Fire

One of the rioters at the Portland May Day protest that escalated to violence will reportedly be
sentenced to five years in prison for setting a police car and a Target storefront on fire.


The Oregonian/OregonLive reports on Monday, 23-year-old Damion Zachary Feller pled guilty to first-
degree arson, second-degree arson, riot, and first- degree criminal mischief. In videos of the incident,
Feller can be seen throwing burning flares at a police car and into a Target storefront. He was charged
in federal court.


Feller will be officially sentenced at a hearing in October.

Although 25 people were arrested for inciting a riot and other offenses during the May Day protest,
Feller was arrested two days later after he was recognized from videos of the protests while walking in
the streets.


The Oregonian/OregonLive claims when Feller was shown a photo of the person who threw the flare,
he responded, “I saw that online, and I knew I was (expletive).”


In his affidavit, Feller said he got swept up in the “mob mentality” of the riot. The Willamette Week
reports he also said he acted because he is a “f**king idiot.”


Feller’s plea deal allows him to serve only four years for good behavior.

I was recently in Portland OR., to help my kid get settled into college. My wife & I explored the city extensively. Portland is such a laid back city compared to Chicago. A very cool city. This one asshole deserves exactly what he got. It does not reflect the nature of this liberal city just as the guy (who was a racist extremist) who stabbed & killed two men after they tried to defend a woman on the local train system. 90% of the time people and events in that city are neither 'antifa' or 'alt-right'. Portland becomes a focus for extremists because it's an unabashed Liberal West coast city in a sea of rural woods.

This is sad because the city, environment, and people in general are just awesome. It's a beautiful city & people. Sad that Right hate liberal politics needs to force this energy on a community that creates antifa nut jobs to equal the alt-right extremists of Nothings pure 'conservative. BOTH side create this extremism that has nothing to do with the day to day lives of cities or rural, ANY. FUCKING. WHERE in this nation called the United States of America.
 
Try to stay up, "Antifa" was the right's scapegoat last month, it's the NFL now, why do I have to educate conservatives on what thier media and demogogues are promoting
