That's Hamas' problem. They're the government in Gaza. They started a war. They're now getting their asses kicked big time. They refuse to negotiate a peace even though they are in a position of weakness and have few, if any, cards to play in that respect. So, kids and civilians will starve. Gaza gets reduced to a pile of rubble. Hamas gets wiped out.

War is a horrible thing, but it's what Hamas chose. Fuck them all the way to Hell because that's where they're going.
