That is what is going to be argued.
There is no law stating how to declassify a classified document. Only departmental policy which isn't law.

Well, my children, all three of them go to school and often bring home paperwork that I don’t know about. My wife owns and runs a large business with about 35 employees, she brings home documents and files that, and I know nothing about them.
Joe Biden, was vice president of the United States, and a United States senator. He owns a home fairly close to Washington DC, and it’s reported to have gone home every weekend and often during the week. It is well known that much of his staff would travel with him. It’s an easy assumption that they very well may have brought paperwork that he did not know about and intentionally or accidentally left it there.
No, at my house, my children and wife intentionally store documents at our home. Were I to work at home, like Joe Biden did, I suspect, from time to time by employees, would bring documents, and often leave them at my house without me knowing.

Not sure what that has to do with documents being delivered to your home by the White House movers. Seems like you would know where those were as soon as you left office.
I mean you have to instruct them on where to leave them.

If trump had just returned the documents when asked instead of being a giant man-baby, holding on to them, lying about having them, lying about returning them, etc., he'd not have been charged or prosecuted either.

I admit I worry about Biden’s mental faculties, as I worry about the mental faculties of Trump when he seems to still believe he has irrefutable proof the election was stolen. He’s still looking for the “Riggers” who did this to him.
They won’t get a trial in the GA case for over a year, but they might in the DC case.

Agreed whatever bullshit lies Trump says can be used by him in court. He's already up to his neck in lies and false claims. His lawyers are exasperated with him. I expect they threatened to resign if Pedo Don didn't STFU. I doubt Pedo Don is paying them enough to make it worth being disbarred.
