Poor Trump, canceled press conference!

As has been explained to you, Pavel, many times -- there is a difference between "taking/stealing" and "possessing." BTW, why do you never include Mike Pence when you're lying about classified materials?

Your bank analogy: You withdraw $50 from your account. The teller accidentally gives you $10 more than you were supposed to get. When you get home, you discover the error and return the $10. Was this a bank robbery? Is it different than you using a note and a handgun to "withdraw" hundreds of dollars from the bank, then hiding them in your home and refusing to surrender them when the police show up?

You are watching the teller while she is counting them out to you.

You would notice right away that she gave you ten dollars more.

That's why they do that.

You don't pack up boxes with documents without seeing if it's something you want to take.

Even if you didnt watch its still not bank robbery... Open your eyes.

And why doesn't he want the trial before the election, long before, so he can put all doubts to rest, not a year and a half after the election?

Exactly! Wouldn't he pick up a lot of those sorely-needed independent voters if he was exonerated?

Unless, like #TRE45ON, your intent is to keep possession of them even though you know that it is illegal for you to possess them. At least you're ever so slowly getting closer to admitting that your #MaliciousMessiah did knowingly steal classified materials.

What happened to your other ridiculous argument, that they weren't really classified because he used a Vulcan mind meld to declassify them? :rofl2:

You MAGATs and Russobots make amusing playtoys.

Everyone on the left was sure Mueller would get Trump on something.

If you didn't see that you must have been living under a rock.

They were absolutely orgasmic about it.

Same shit they are doing now.

He did get Trump, read the report. I cant help if nobody took action.

How do you accidentally take classified documents when they have the word classified on them in large red letters?

These people handle countless documents every day. They get mixed together and accidentally shoved into briefcases.

Also, sometimes the information contained in theses documents with classified markings has already become public knowledge, but they just never officially declassified the documents themselves.

This only became a publicly debated issue after the shitbag, gutterpublicans tried to use it as a hook to hang Hillary Clinton on in 2016.

Prior to that, nobody gave a shit.

After Comey came out and declared that no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges given her obvious lack of intent to pass classified information along to unsubscribe recipients, the scumbag right started screaming foul.

Meanwhile they defend an obvious criminal who is on tape showing a top secret document to a reporter during an interview.

You fucking people are insane.

Oh, he's a lot more terrified than his bloviating bluster would lead us to believe. All that money he's raking in from the MAGAT marks isn't going to buy his way out of these messes.

I am not sure his ego will let him see that. If it were me, I would not sleep at night.

In all probability "he" didn't take them. Instead, they were packed up and moved for him. Likely the same is true of Trump's documents. The chief difference is Trump coveted them and hid them, even defied subpoenas for them, while Biden gave them book soon as they came to light.

You realize they have to give instructions on what they want to take.

They don't just tell someone to pack up random documents.

Documents marked as classified don't hang out with unclassified documents you know.

You don't accidentally mix them up.

You don't store classified documents next to a love letter from your high school sweetheart.

This is why they have professional secretaries working at the White House. To think they weren't organized is foolish.

You realize they have to give instructions on what they want to take.

They don't just tell someone to pack up random documents.

So you are now admitting that Trump willfully delegated the packing responsibilities to his aides, and directed them to include the classified materials that he stole when he was kicked out of our White House. Very good.

They say that the truth will set you free.

They were documents in his office, not "random" documents. But you're avoiding the issue, the only thing you can do, I suppose, when defending Trump, who isn't in trouble for taking classified documents.
