Hence me directly telling y'all that nobody is complaining about the points...

the point is the interaction. You tell them you don't like the post, the points are useless. They became particularly useless back when Grind would edit them... lol. Seriously.

Why can't they just put that person on ignore? It gets rid of their issues. It's an option why are they refusing to do it? Don't want to read from or see reactions? Put on ig. Problem solved. This seems very silly.

Idk how the ignore function works with regard to reaction notifications because I don't ignore anyone on this forum.

Plus, that's not really a "simple solution" because the problem isn't with one's posts but rather with one's reaction spamming.

The way that I see it, because the notification feed allows for way more than 10 notifications now, any 'feed spamming' is much less of an issue than it used to be. Atm, I just ignore all the downvote notifications and I only focus on the notifications of people responding to my posts.

This is essentially why I voted 'I don't care either way' in this poll. The "reaction score" aspect of it means nothing to me, and so long as I can bring up all of the notifications of people who directly responded to my posts, then I'm happy (although it would be "an added bonus" to be able to reduce the negative reaction clutter from my notifications without having to ignore the posts that those people are making).

Damocletus only gives that advice to non-MAGAts. He doesn't want to impose on his MAGAt friends. It's more proof of his inherent bias. He claims "leftists" are whining victims but this thread proves who are truly the whining victims.

My bet Damocletus will change the system still stands.

Seems like some of these people wanted an IJPPP .... Individualized Just Plain Politics Plan.. that would give them their own set of rules . I've written a thoudsmd IEPs...so if it comes down to that I can help develop and monitor

OK, but what changed suddenly? Why change it if no one is complaining? If it's meaningless either way, just keep it the same and not bother with it.
To me, having them all positive seems too participation trophy-like. I've had enough of that in my life already.
