It is quite simple, she didn't want an audit trail so she set up her own server to avoid scrutiny. That is crystal clear to anybody that isn't being partisan.
the main reason was to dodge FOIA ( freedom of information act) requests. Her penchant for secrecy -
like not releasing the Wall St speeches . I'm sure there was more involved that led to her "extreme carelessness (Comey)
Is that a yes or no regarding the studies??
If she didn't, she's too incompetent to hold any public office.
