actually ran the poll. It's interesting to note that nowhere in any of that do the pollsters give but the most basic details of their sample (1500 total, 1315 registered voters, +/- 3% margin of error).

A new poll shows that a majority of voters in the U.S. approve of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) search of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort last week, in which the agency was seeking documents improperly taken by the former president after his term expired.
A recent Economist/YouGov poll surveyed Americans about the issue from August 13-16, after portions of the search warrant that was executed last week Monday were unsealed. According to the survey, the vast majority of Americans have heard about the Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation, with 50 percent saying they’ve heard a lot about it and 36 percent saying they’ve heard a little about the search of the Trump property. Just 14 percent said they haven’t heard anything about it.
When survey participants were asked how they felt about the search, most said they approved of the DOJ’s actions, with 54 percent saying so. Only 36 percent said they disapproved. Similarly, only 30 percent of those surveyed said they approve of Trump having taken the records after leaving office, while 52 percent said they disapproved.

I certainly don't deny it exists. I just point out its implicit bias based on who ran the poll and published it. Or do you deny that those running the poll are somewhere between Leftist and radical Leftist in political positions based on their published materials?
I was going to say the same thing til I saw your post. The poll is by an experienced polling firm, and the post you quoted is a reflection of the worthlessness of Right wing media where no distinction is or should be assumed between the outlet and the source the outlet cites. This in turn renders opinions of its readers worthless.

The FBI conducting a coverup of their sedition is not the rule of law it is the opposite, two of the Feds in the raid directly participated in the Russian collusion hoax and were there to seize a copy of the Spygate Dossier which the FBI was given a direct Presidential order to redact and release two years ago.

Respondents were selected from YouGov’s opt-in Internet panel using sample matching.

Let me counter with this first:
Are you fine with the Hildabeast having an illegal e-mail server in her basement? That it had classified documents on it, and not just a few but hundreds, possibly thousands? Are you okay with her erasing most of the files on that server in violation of federal law?
How about Obama taking somewhere close to 30 million pages of documents to Chicago where they've sat with no one knowing if any were or are classified?
The point I'm making here is that either you are holding everyone to the same standard, or you are a hypocrite. My position is that the Trump issue could have been handled without a raid and warrant, except those in power--who are Leftists--deliberately wanted to make an example of Trump even as their own got to walk for doing similar shit.
Either you hold everyone to the Trump standard, or you don't. I'm not suggesting raiding Obama or the Hildabeast over any of what they did or whatever, but rather saying what was done to Trump--by the idiots on the Left like usual--is utter hypocrisy and handled in a ham-fisted, kneejerk, convulsion of hatred for the man. I'm not particularly fond of Obama, and I truly think the Hildabeast is evil incarnate, but I also think they all should be held to the same legal standard.
