All that right against the left is smoke and mirrors. Its just meant to divide the people and distract them from the real enemy! The fatcats at the top stealing, but those fatcats have supporters that eat from their crumbs! And that is what politics is all about.

Look at the assets of the 1% in America. They own now almost 50% of America's entire wealth. Their assets have gone up 10% in the last 10 years. Do you have any idea how much wealth that is? At this rate they will own all of America very soon.

Therefore you republicans, keep praising the wealthy that sell you out! I see now that the Tea Party is a charade! It is evident by their silence. I though the tea party was against wall street and the federal reserve, yet they remain silent!

Do you know what I also notice? Alot of businesses are being opened by foreigners and alot of companies are being bought by foreigners. Our government blocks the sale of major corporations to foreigners, but if the owners want to sell, I can image they would just sell the stocks? That's capitalism!

The American dream is now the foreigners dream. Foreigners with deep pockets(acquired and backed by only GOD knows what)........

Washington has stolen power away from the american people, and it then turns around and hands this power to it cronies on wall street. It takes our tax money, and over the vociferous objections of the American people, it hands billions over to its wall street cronies.

The states entered into a compact the purpose of which was mutual defense and economic integration. Yet, the the creature the states formed has become the master, or perhaps more accurately the master's henchman. We, the people of the states, need to take back our sovereignty and begin to just say no to DC.

The federal government has turned into a mechanism to suck the wealth out of these states.

Occupy wall street, tea party, whatever. We just have to let them know that it's our money, not theirs to give away.

The states delegated a very few limited set of powers to congress, the purposes of which were mutual defense and economic integration. If the federation would stick to actually doing the job we gave them, they might not be in the hole for trillions of dollars and the economies of the states might not be in the shitter.

Republican self-governance can only operate effectively in a republic below a certain critical size. Beyond this, it inevitably becomes an empire. Contrary to what most people say, the United States is not a republic. It is a federation of republics. The federal government should restrict itself to its legitimate federal duties, and not try to behave like a republic, because it is, due to its scale, incapable of operating properly as a self-governing republic.

However, consolidation of all political power into the hands of 100 senators and 435 representatives makes for nice one-stop-shopping for Goldman Sachs. They simply have to point their firehose of money at these two legislative houses, rather than having to try to peddle their influence in 50 state legislatures around the country.

The tea party has been politicized and the elites have already gotten infront of that movement and derailed it......

The economies of the states are now be re-energized with major bucks thanks to gas hikes...if not for the high gas prices, they would have been bankrupt(Capitalism is a failure). But that is the end result of a corrupt gov.........

The problem is that there senators and congressmen are not held accountable of their actions. Just like CEO's they get bonuses and pensions even for sinking a ship.

Its up to people in the states to keep their state representatives corrupt free. Once you start noticing problems you should demand answers and have them fixed and don't buy the b.s. excuses they give you.

Okay, let's just stop your little brain from thinking before it overloads its capacity and shorts out. First of all, it is the LEFT who is currently waging all-out war against what you call "fat cats" ...so why do you want to pretend this is not being done by either side, and it's just smoke and mirrors? Are the people occupying Wall Street not real people? Only figments of our imagination created by smoke and mirrors? I believe they are real people, and the left is really trying everything it can to destroy American capitalism, which has been defined as "the fat cats" who own 99% of the wealth, or whatever. And the "right" is certainly not trying to divide you and distract you, that again, is a tactic of the left.

The "right" recognizes (for the most part) the need for capital in a capitalist system. It is the wealthy, those "fat cats" who have "more than they need" who create jobs, start new businesses, open new factories, generate new economic growth. Without these "fat cats" doing what they do, we have stagnant growth, high unemployment, no job creation, and everything becomes an economic stalemate. (Note our current economic condition.) It has nothing to do with whether we "like" these people, or think they are moral, ethical, good, or whatever.... we depend on them to move the economy forward. We can literally hate their ever-loving guts, we still depend on them to create jobs, make payroll, fund the economy as a whole, and without them, we can sit and twiddle our thumbs and wonder what is going to happen next... it won't be job creation.

This is all fine with the Left, they don't really care if capitalism prevails and creates jobs or economic prosperity, in fact... they hope for the exact OPPOSITE to happen, for capitalism to fail and the economy to collapse into chaos, so they can implement Nationalist Socialism, which is their ultimate goal, and has been for the past 70 years. You see, when we've stifled the "fat cats" to the point they are no longer creating new jobs and economic prosperity, and the system collapses, the people will readily accept Marxism and Socialism, because it is presented as "the solution" to the problem they created. The STATE... The Government... has to step in and save us! And we have to become beholden to The STATE for everything, because they are our provider, the source of our food, freedom, and whatnot. The capitalist private sector has been successfully slaughtered at that point, and there in never any turning back. It will take centuries, maybe millenniums, before man can muster the strength to overcome the oppression and realize freedom once again. The Left is on the brink of achieving this, and with willing assistance from the "useful idiots" who mumble about the "fat cats" and get caught up in the Class War instigated by these people, they will succeed.

You need to wake the fuck up before it's too late.

It appears you forgot it is the Capitalist system that bailed out the "fat cats". Whether Bush or Obama it is the Capitalist "system" under which they both operate(d).

That is one sorry way of thinking just like the "trickle down" pathetic philosophy. What is the difference between a King ruling a country and keeping the money compared to a wealthy industrialist keeping the money? Either way you're not getting the necessary funds on which to live.

However, in a democratic, Socialist society people can vote out the ruling elite and the rewards from labor shared. In a Capitalist society one can not access the rewards of their labor held by the industrialists.

Talking about "waking up" you need to educate yourself on Social Democratic countries such as Sweden and the Netherlands and Denmark, for starters. You keep mentioning "The STATE... The Government... has to step in and save us! And we have to become beholden to The STATE for everything," yet you have no problem being beholden to the "fat cats" for everything.

Why do you prefer to be dependent on an individual or Board of Directors rather than on an elected representative?

We have seen how Capitalism brought the world to the brink of financial collapse. Assuming you think logically and still support such a system the only conclusion one can draw is it is you who wishes to see the world collapse. Perhaps you would be kind enough to let us know why?
