This is for Deshy who loves the concept of the gobblement taking peoples property under the notion of "increased tax revenue"

It looks like the land is still undeveloped because the douchebag that they gave it to couldn't get financing. OOOOPSSS!


So let's review. The city of New London was getting property taxes from the residents. But, they hatched a scheme because they thought they could get MORE (greedy bastards). They eventually paid a shit pot full of money to the residents and had them booted out.

So the city not only paid them money, but incurred the court costs AND are not getting ANY revenue. Now that is gobblement in action. And people like Deshy say "Please gimme some more of that"

This case was a Constitutional outrage that would have our founders spinning in their graves. How anyone sitting on the Supreme Court could agree with the Governments obvious abuse of private property rights defies common sense.

While this has rightly been proven a hollow victory for these Marxist dimwits of New London, the precedent has been sent. It should be a massive warning shot across the bow of the ship of State that sends a message to the American sheeple of how the STATE can abuse its power and shred our constitutional rights.

The Supreme Court once again errs on the side of Socialist Collectivism and takes a piss on the Constitution.

But this is the sorry state that we, the American sheeple, deserve voting for clueless repugnant politicians who have no issues with redistribution schemes that ensure their political power and self interests.
