Concepts of good and evil are constructs of society, necessary for civilization to progress and maintain cohesion. I don't believe in "good and evil" in the religious sense. However, I would classify your behavior toward others as evil in the sense that it socially unacceptable.

I make mistakes, it happens, but I don't go around bragging about being a published writer. Though since I now mention it, I have written numerous financial/economic articles that have been published in local papers... but that is it.
