No, we simply disagree on the intent and likely result. This type of hones discussion and debate is what I perfer, you sir are an intelegent and well informed person who simply has a disagreement with me about factors that are as of yet unknown. the big problem I foresee occurring then is that if you're right, we simply have to repair the damage to the medical industry. If I'm right, there can be no fixing it. is that how we wish to write laws?

I dont see what alternative we have? The situation was just as bad or worse than the result you see coming from the ACA. I am shocked anything got push through Congress, but I belvie that corrections will be necessary going forward, but at least we started somewhere.

That is a possability, but I perfer that to what I belive is the same thing currently which is the same type of dependence on corporations. At least we can vote on who runs the Government.
