pit bull saves man from shark

Now who is mocking the death of a child by three dangerous animals. That you have defended tooth and nail on this thread.
Now when faced with the danger with these animals.
You go to this pretending there was mocking, when clearly there isn't.

Toxic gets that from her Glorious Shitgibbon. It's the same as yelling "fake news" when the facts are something he/she doesn't like. Reporting the facts is not "hate," nor is reporting on a specific incident "mockery" except in the diseased minds of the sick.

No it's not that simple, because not everyone knows about dogs, and get fooled,by someone like you telling them,no problem!Till it is a huge problem! Then it's to late!

I'm quite sure that there is a liability issue here for whoever adopts out a surrendered animal that then causes injury. Let's hope that someday she's not hearing "Nice little shanty you got here. Shame if something happened to it"... like a lien for damages caused by one of those "perfectly safe" animals.

This is interesting.

Many Shelters Candy-Coat Dogs with Aggressive Behaviors in their Zeal to Increase 'Live Release Rate.' We Examine 34 Case Files.

Examining Cases Up Close
DogsBite.org - Back in April, we were contacted about the "live release rate" trumping public safety at a California shelter. This is an epidemic across the country. In some cases, it borders on criminal. Dogs with serious aggression are being adopted to the public, sent to fosters, transferred to rescues and transported across county and state lines. They are being recycled back into communities instead of being euthanized due to the holy grail of boasting a high "save rate."

To examine the issue up close, we filed a public records request in July for 34 dogs, including all behavioral and medical notes, at Sonoma County Animal Services. We were alerted to these particular 34 files to examine -- this is not a "random sampling" of cases -- in order to review questionable and problematic cases. Also to review the over arching issue of live release rate being prioritized over public safety, and in many cases, being prioritized over animal welfare too.

You will read about dogs with serious aggression euthanized only after being adopted or fostered and returned. You will read about dogs with multiple aggression memos that management adopted out anyway.

In the case of Sonoma County, the files show that some shelter workers operate under a "climate of fear," the fear of personally interacting with some of these aggressive dogs, as well as, sending them back into the community. Staffers witness the aggression and document the behavior (in behavioral memos) and at least in the 34 files we reviewed, many of these memos by employees are simply ignored by upper management. The live release rate pressure literally trumps all.

Not unusual, keeping in mind only the tragedies are reported in the media-or the "statistics".... there are lots of great stories involving that type of dog....("Pit Bulls" are not a "breed"....)
(Someone's Stuck on dogbite.org...what's next? Another "personal" story...wait for it....)
When will the obsession end?

The owner of the three pitbulls that killed Emma Hernandez has been charged with murder.

As well he should be, and the same for anyone else who keeps a dog that kills a human being -- particularly a child.

Isn't it amazing that some who like to post scripture and virtue-signal their great caring for children would choose an animal over a child? But then, to those types the only real "child" that counts is a fetus.

Owner responsibility fail.... a charge as it should be in any tragedy such as the little girl's death....
No animal should be running loose....

Not about you.
Why would there be tragedies if pits are such safe wonderful dogs.
When was the last time three beagles killed a little girl?

We have wild coyotes running thru are yard all the time, but no kids get killed from wild animals.

Here goes the (TDS) obsession again......Politicizing and personalizing a tragedy... How very sad....
That's what those two do best....

She will say anything no matter how wrong she is.
Never once seen her say,she was wrong.Doesn't have enough character for that!

Clearly, the TDS (obsession) is out of control...just you two.... Very clear to anyone who actually takes the time to read the comments...it's really beyond pathetic at this point....especially in threads like this....

Nope. Did you see the discussion about Simone Biles the other day? The tard was insisting that Ms. Biles is NOT the child of immigrants. Her bio mother is indeed an immigrant, from Belize, and Simone holds dual American-Belize citizenship. Her mother and father (an American-born man) both had struggles with drugs and alcohol. Simone and her siblings were raised by their paternal g-parents. It got strangely quiet on the discussion after the tard realized she was wrong, as usual.

The insistence that a vicious breed of dogs is "sweet" and that they are "misunderstood" is another one of those areas where actual facts don't matter.

And yet another fatal pit bull attack. The victim was found in a Costco parking lot.

06/24/19: Mauling Victim Identified
Coroner officials have identified the woman found severely wounded and dead in a Costco parking lot on June 16. Crystal Pearigen, 36-years old, was discovered with "obvious" signs of trauma at about 6:00 am. Police confirmed that three dogs -- two pit bulls and a mixed-breed dog -- attacked Pearigen. The vicious attack began in a commercial area adjacent to Costco shared by several businesses. As the attack continued, Pearigen crossed into the Costco lot, where she later died.

The cause of death was determined to be "multiple injuries," according to the county corner's office. The manner of death was ruled an accident.

Police confirmed that two of the dogs -- a pit bull and mixed-breed -- belonged to a nearby business and escaped prior to the attack. Police have not named the dogs' owner or the business. The third dog, another pit bull, was a stray. Surveillance footage captured by another nearby business showed two of the three dogs involved in the attack, as well as a woman walking alone that may be the victim. Police have been unable to locate any family members of Pearigen.
