WTF are you talking about? Did you even pay attention to the video? Those are POLICE IN ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA arresting someone for something. Not a single ICE officer in sight. The one vehicle present is a California black and white.

It isn't the police in LA. It's the police in Anaheim California. It says it right on their bulletproof vests. The one other officer--the uniformed female--is an LA county sheriff's officer.
