In every system. You accuse, you present your reasoning for the accusation. In this case, somebody gave desh bad information about what somebody else said, and her "evidence" is that same bad source. No amount of reasoning or simply pointing to the actual facts will change her mind, because "so and so" said so.
So far she has no evidence to back up her rash and foolish conviction.
It's up to her to present her side of things, not "him".

The radio stations made a decision. A&E made a decision. A&E goofed. The radio stations didn't. Case closed.
And in both cases I defended both sides. They had a right to say what they said, and their fans have a right to simply tell them to go to a different fan base.
They were talented enough to do that.
I'll always defend the right of the business to do what they think is necessary, and the right of an individual to voice an opinion. Neither is contradictory. The radio stations did what their listeners wanted, A&E found out that they hadn't done what their fans wanted and fixed that.
So, the conversation has moved deeper. Now we discuss what he actually said v. what others pretend he meant.
