Phil Robertson, Hero?

I cant make him into a magician

he has to prove hes not a liar

that's hos job

No, it isn't. In our system the accuser proves that they are right. You have nobody from his past to tell you that he's making anything at all up. The only person making stuff up is you when you try to extrapolate meaning in his statement that isn't there.

he can clear it all up by calling those old dear friends who would confess their inner most thoughts to him while they picked cotton together

Or maybe they didn't like him as much as he thinks?

maybe they thought he was a racist too and didn't speak their minds in front of him

how can I prove hes wrong if he NEVER produces his witnesses to what he claimed happened?

By researching and finding it out. How do we ever convict anybody of anything? The reality is, as the accuser it is up to you to prove he's "lying"...

You can have an opinion about him being wrong, but saying definitively he is lying takes evidence. You have none, not one fact, and you pretend things he said mean what you want him to have said rather than simply reading what he said.

You have what you wanted him to say that you've extrapolated and your own feelings, but no facts.

You should quit trying to tell people who their 'heroes' are. You simply further the petulant behavior by taking part in it yourself.

Ive been told that Obama is my hero about 1000 times. But I dont think ILA would deny considering Phil a hero.

In our criminal justice system, not in our public opinion or personal opinion system.

No, I mean that one is not necessrly innocent until proven guilty in the world of public opinion or personal opinion.

Some liberals think Phil Robertson deserves censure because he was 18 and his future wife was 14 when they met.

What say you, Counselor?
