Phase 1 of any criminal prosecution is to collect the evidence, in the impeachment.... that part is done.

Phase 2 is to present the evidence. That’s about to start.

Phase 3 is to indict

Phase 4 is the trial!

She never Claimed it was going to be an impeachment resolution, she said they were going to vote on the process for public hearings. What are you fucking idiot?

Who are you trying to convince?

The only evidence that matters is the transcript. Someones testimony about what they thought about the conversation is irrelevant. It amounts to hearsay and is inadmissible. The actual transcript Trumps all

You would think any first year law student would know that

Keep Telling yourself that. The transcript was enough, but with all the evidence of the quid pro quo going on behind the scenes, Trump is getting impeached.
 
Impeachment is not a grand jury, and hearings are more then rubber stamping an indictment.

Schiff's rules of not allowing objections /cross/ POTUS representation /calling other witnesses produces political noise not "evidence"
