Pfizer literally said today that they weren't.
The Biden-Harris Transition Team has laid out a step-by-step plan for addressing the coronavirus pandemic that includes more testing, increasing use of the Defense Production Act to make protective equipment for frontline workers and restoring the U.S. relationship with the World Health Organization.
The Transition Team has wasted no time, announcing today that its own Covid-19 advisory board is co-chaired by former FDA Commissioner Dr. David Kessler, former Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy and Dr. Marcella Nunez-Smith, the associate dean for health equity research at the Yale School of Medicine.

- On Jan. 30, Azar warned Trump in a subsequent call that the virus could become a pandemic and that China should be criticized for its lack of transparency, per the Times. Trump dismissed Azar as alarmist and rejected the idea of criticizing China.

Warp Speed, first revealed by Bloomberg News on 29 April, has so far only been outlined. President Donald Trump briefly discussed the initiative the next day, saying, “We’re going to fast track it like you’ve never seen before.” According to a CNN report on 1 May, which the source who spoke to Science confirmed, Warp Speed intends to deliver the first 100 million doses of a vaccine in November and another 200 million over the following 2 months.

Again, without the regulatory changes that were part of Warp Speed they would not have been able to do stage three testing within a year. It simply was not possible until that red tape was cut.
Pretending that saying they didn't take federal funds is the same thing as saying they had no benefit whatsoever from that change is only that, pretense.
The reality, changes that Trump made as part of Warp Speed benefitted every single company that is currently Stage 3 testing. Because before those changes it would have been more than a year before stage 3 testing would be possible.
Does it hurt to know that Pfizer's vaccine isn't part of Operation Warp Speed?

You can take it to the bank that the Democrats will credit Biden with this success sometime starting in January. The only way it won't be, and it will be a complete kick in the teeth to them is if this vaccine is out and in fairly wide use before Trump leaves office. Then the whole story will instantly disappear in January along with any mention of Biden wanting mandated masks, more testing, and a national lockdown...
