it is chilling speech....you have already conceded that because of petraeus warning that you would not exercise your right. telling someone that if they do something, someone else will die is a chill, at least on any rational human being. especially coming in such a public fashion from a four star general.

Similarly, the abortion doc's actions clearly motivate the abortion clinic bomber, or the guy who murders a doctor. And, similarly, while they are motivating, it is not justification.

Clearly, the biggest difference here is that the doctor & clinic workers know & understand the risk of their actions; it isn't a huge risk, but it is one that THEY choose to undertake.

Obviously, in the case of the pastor, he is putting OTHER lives at risk - which happen to be lives that General Petreus is responsible for.
