Predicting what will happen is not a threat. If I tell you that if you piss into the wind you're going to get wet, I ain't threatening anything.

Frankly, as a matter of usage, I have never seen the word "threat" used in the manner you claimed to have used it. When people (as opposed to dark clouds or other inanimate objects or animals incapable of speech) are said to "threaten" the first definition is what is intended. I do not believe for a second that you used the term "threat" in the manner that you claim.

The idea that Petraeus "threatened" that the troops could be endangered if the pastor goes through with his stupidity is much like dark clouds "threaten" rain is exactly the type of disingenuous horseshit I have come to expect from you. Too clever by half, Crawfish.
