odd, since the first thing issued in bankruptcy court is a stay of proceedings by which the federal government prevents any state courts from taking action which would affect the relative rights of any creditors......a Circuit court judge would have no say in the matter once the bankruptcy is filed......

It won't work, Federal Bankruptcy courts overcome state laws... The reality is this judge is just another in a long line that will be overturned.

Well like I said it would depend how you define elsewhere. If you mean only in the actual city limits then yes. If you mean in the practical accepted area then no. They're almost all made here.
