And the Trump administration kept to the pact, reducing U.S. troop levels from about 13,000 to 2,500, even though the Taliban continued to attack Afghan government forces and welcomed al-Qaeda terrorists into the Taliban leadership.
 
Nov. 17, 2020 — Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller formally announces that the U.S. will reduce U.S. forces in Afghanistan to 2,500 by Jan. 15, 2021.

On the same day, the Defense Department IG’s office released a report for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2020, that said the peace negotiations between the Afghan government and Taliban representatives had stalled and violence increased. “At the same time, the Taliban increased its attacks against Afghan forces, leading to ‘distressingly high’ levels of violence that could threaten the peace agreement,” the report said.

We got out of an unstable, war-torn country after nearly 2 decades with minimal casualties.

War is messy. It's why we should start those things in the 1st place. Did you support the Afghan war, and the invasion of Iraq?

This must already have been said but here it is anyway. Those raised in a loving environment learn to feel and show love to others, hence in politics the safety net created by Democrats, including Social Security and Medicare, programs for the poor. If you want a major example of someone raised in a domineering father environment where love was hard to come by, there is the selfishness personified in Donald Trump.
