I think the healthcare dirge is a tad premature lol.

I've been saying for ten years that healthcare is a complex issue which begs for an incremental solution.

Yes, I feel vindicated. And Trump was mocked but he's right: it's more complicated than people realized.

There's plenty to not like about the proposed bill but it's not the finished product, either. In fact, don't even name the damned thing because the last thing we need is something etched in stone.


Trump was mocked because the ENTIRE CAMPAIGN, he said he had a replacement plan that was better, that provided healthcare to ALL Americans, and that was ready to go on day 1.

Then, on day whatever it was, he said, "man, this stuff is hard!"

And you think he's brilliant as a result. This is the world we live in now.
 
Um, yeah - it was. Look at how people are reacting to this.

And it will DEFINITELY be better for 24 million more people in 10 years.

Simply "being covered" doesn't equal "better." Especially if you were in the middle class paying a premium of 20K a year.

You're better off with no coverage and going to the hospital at that point.
